Our Story

Founded in 1986, the Judeo-Christian Outreach Center (JCOC) emerged from a collaboration of faith-based organizations in Virginia Beach, dedicated to addressing hunger in the community. Initially serving meals only on Saturdays, the demand quickly led to expanded services, and by 1995, JCOC was officially established. Today, it operates a dining hall that provides over 86,000 free meals annually, a food pantry, and housing for those in need.
