The Jude Zayac Foundation was established in 2015 to honor the memory of Jude Zayac, who tragically passed away from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) at just three months old. The foundation is dedicated to raising funds for SIDS research and enriching the lives of children in the community through engaging events like the Jog for Jude.
To date, the Jude Zayac Foundation has raised approximately $540,000, contributing over $360,000 to Boston Children's Hospital for vital SIDS research and $155,000 to the St. Joseph’s Center Baby Pantry, supporting children in need.
