The Joyce-Gillespie-Harrington Educational & Charitable Foundation was established in memory of three dedicated community leaders. This foundation is committed to the ideals of Scholarship, Community Service, and Love for all Mankind, focusing on empowering youth in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
