Our Story

In 1995, Northminster Presbyterian Church embarked on a visionary journey to create the Family Life Center, a sanctuary for individuals and families facing crises. By 2000, Journey to Hope began offering transformative programs such as 'Grief' and 'Divorce,' expanding rapidly to include over 40 diverse support groups. With a dedicated volunteer force of around 100, the organization has continually adapted to meet the evolving needs of the Greater Cincinnati community. In 2015, Journey to Hope became an independent 501(c)(3) organization, and in 2024, Susan Kinsella took the helm as CEO, steering the mission towards greater outreach and partnership opportunities.
