Joint Ownership Entity New York City Corp, known as JOE NYC, was established by a coalition of prominent Community Development Corporations (CDCs) in New York City. This initiative addresses the pressing challenges faced by the city’s affordable housing sector and low to moderate-income communities. JOE NYC is dedicated to enhancing the asset and property management capabilities of participating CDCs, improving their financial health, and ensuring the long-term affordability of housing in the neighborhoods they serve.
