Joint Initiatives for Youth and Families (JI) is a dedicated nonprofit organization located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. JI focuses on empowering individuals and families to create a safe, healthy, and flourishing community. By collaborating with over 60 community organizations, local leaders, and government agencies, JI addresses social issues through a data-driven approach, ensuring that every family has the resources they need to thrive.

Making a Collective Impact

Through its three primary programs, JI provides a range of services for youth aged 0-21 and their families, from preventive measures to intensive interventions. JI also oversees three essential state councils, including the Early Childhood Council, the Interagency Oversight Group, and the Juvenile Services and Planning Committee, now united as the REACH Committee. This collaborative effort fosters hope and a brighter future for the children and families served.
