Our Story

John Burton Advocates for Youth (JBAY) is dedicated to improving the lives of youth aged 13 to 26 who have experienced foster care or homelessness. With offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego, JBAY works tirelessly throughout California to address the unique challenges faced by these vulnerable populations.

Impact

Through advocacy, community training, and research, JBAY has successfully championed 52 legislative reforms, resulting in over $3.6 billion in new state investments for youth in need.
