The Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute was established through a collaboration between Cornell University and the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. This partnership aims to drive technological innovation and entrepreneurship, addressing contemporary social and economic needs.

Since its inception, the Jacobs Institute has incubated over 25 startup companies, filed 21 patent applications, and secured more than $40 million in private funding. Remarkably, 84% of these companies continue to operate, employing over 170 individuals in New York City.
