Our Story

Founded in 1982 by Deacon John Egan, Jeremiah's Inn began as a scattered site shelter for homeless men in Worcester. Over the years, it has transformed into a vital resource, offering a 29-bed social model residential recovery home, a nutrition center, and various support programs aimed at addressing substance use and mental health issues.

Impact

In 2023, Jeremiah's Inn served 22,948 individuals and 7,523 families through its nutrition center, achieving a residential program completion rate of 58%, well above the statewide average.
