Our Story

In memory of Jeff Evans, the Jeffrey Campbell Evans Foundation was established to support disabled children and their families. After the loss of their son Jeffrey, who needed a heart transplant, the family created this foundation to offer temporary housing for transplant patients. Over the years, the foundation has transitioned to support Camp Twin Lakes, providing adaptive camp experiences for children with serious illnesses and disabilities.

Impact

The foundation has positively impacted over 10,000 children and young adults in Georgia, offering medically supportive camp experiences that foster friendships, acceptance, and joy.
