Our Story

Founded by Melinda Kizer, JCK Resources is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to providing quality transition education for adults aged 18 and over. Inspired by her son, J.C. Kizer, who benefited from local transition programs, Melinda aims to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their financial situation, have access to the skills necessary for personal growth and community integration. With a strong educational background and over 32 years of experience in public education, Melinda has created a program that reflects her commitment to empowering adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
