Founded in 1998 by Jerome and Gloria Shabazz, JASTECH Development Services Inc. is dedicated to creating a sustainable and equitable community in Philadelphia. In 2002, the Overbrook Environmental Education Center was established to focus on environmental justice and promote smart growth practices.
