Our Story

Founded by Jan Grafton, Jan's Animal Rescue is dedicated to saving dogs from life-threatening situations and finding them loving homes. After 12 years of volunteering at a local animal shelter, Jan established a foster-based rescue in 2012, which evolved into Jan's Animal Rescue in 2018. The organization focuses on rescuing sick, injured, abused, and homeless dogs, including those at risk of euthanasia. Collaborating with local veterinarians, Jan ensures that every dog receives the necessary medical care while a dedicated network of volunteers fosters and cares for them until they find their forever homes.
