Our Story

Founded by Janet Goeske, a passionate advocate for seniors, the Janet Goeske Foundation (JGF) has been dedicated to improving the lives of older adults since its establishment in 1984. Janet's vision was to create a community hub that addresses the diverse needs of seniors, leading to the opening of the Janet Goeske Center. Over the years, JGF has expanded its reach, now operating two locations in Riverside and Mead Valley/Perris, serving over 24,000 patrons each month.

With a commitment to a whole-person centered approach, JGF offers over 200 weekly activities designed to promote physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. From exercise classes to arts and crafts, and lifelong learning opportunities, the Foundation ensures that seniors have access to enriching experiences that enhance their quality of life.
