Our Story

Jacob’s Ladder Pediatric Rehab Center was founded in 1998 by Mariann Frigo, an occupational therapist and mother of Jacob, who was born with Down Syndrome. Recognizing the challenges families face in accessing quality therapy services, Mariann established this center in Porter County, Indiana, to provide essential support for children with developmental disabilities. The center offers a range of therapies, including physical, occupational, speech, and developmental therapy, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.
