About Island Cat Resources and Adoption

Island Cat Resources and Adoption (ICRA) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of free-roaming and unowned cats in Alameda and Oakland, California. Since 1994, ICRA has made a significant impact by spaying or neutering over 22,000 cats and finding loving homes for over 3,300 felines.

Impact on the Community
