Our Story

In 2014, the Paulson family embarked on a journey to become foster parents, discovering the immense challenges faced by children removed from their homes. This experience led to the establishment of Isaiah 117 House, a nurturing environment designed to support children awaiting foster placement. Since opening its first house in 2017, Isaiah 117 House has transformed the initial experience of foster care into one filled with comfort and care.

Impact

Isaiah 117 House has made a significant difference in the lives of children in foster care by providing a safe and loving home during their transition. With 57 locations across 12 states and over 5,000 dedicated volunteers contributing more than 95,000 hours in 2023, the organization fosters a community of care for both children and caseworkers.
