Ironbound Community Corporation (ICC) is dedicated to empowering the Ironbound community in Newark, NJ, by identifying needs and developing community-based solutions. With a mission to engage and empower individuals, families, and groups, ICC focuses on providing services that support the aspirations of the community, particularly for vulnerable populations.

Making a Lasting Impact

ICC has produced nearly 100 units of affordable housing, expanded its Early Childhood Center, and developed Newark’s first Riverfront Park. The organization has also successfully advocated for environmental justice and affordable housing ordinances, significantly impacting the community's quality of life.
