Iron Gate is dedicated to feeding the hungry and homeless of Tulsa every day. With a welcoming approach, we invite those who eat with us to be our 'guests.' Our services include a soup kitchen, grocery pantry, and kid’s pack pantry, all designed to treat individuals with the courtesy and respect they deserve. After 41 years in the basement of Trinity Episcopal Church, Iron Gate proudly moved to a new facility in Downtown Tulsa in August 2019.
In 2019 alone, Iron Gate provided 233,122 prepared meals and 45,630 bags of groceries. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for our services has surged, leading to over 132,000 meals served and more than 178,000 pounds of groceries distributed to over 7,500 households since mid-March.
