Abe Ghaffari, the founder of Iranian Christians International, was born in Iran and discovered Christianity after moving to the U.S. for college. In 1980, he and his wife, Marie, established ICI to serve Iranian Christians and Muslims through evangelism, discipleship, and humanitarian aid. Since then, ICI has significantly impacted the lives of thousands of Iranian Christians and advocated for persecuted believers.
Over the years, ICI has distributed over a million Gospel tracts, Bibles, and New Testaments to Muslims in the Middle East. The organization has also assisted around 2,000 persecuted Christians with their refugee or asylum cases, helping them resettle in various countries.
