Our Story

The Iowa Narcotics Officers Association was established in 2004 by dedicated law enforcement professionals across Iowa. Since hosting its inaugural training conference in Johnston in 2005, the INOA has grown to over 460 members, including officers, agents, intelligence analysts, and prosecutors. This association recognizes the significant threat that narcotics and addictive substances pose to communities and aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of those on the front lines of this battle.
