Our Story
What began as a passionate initiative by Laurie Phelan in 1999 has transformed into iJAG, a vital bridge between education and the workplace. Recognizing a significant gap in the skills taught in classrooms versus those needed in the real world, iJAG was established to ensure that every student, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to succeed. Over the years, iJAG has innovated its approach, expanding its reach to 175 middle and high school classrooms across Iowa.
