Founded with the establishment of the $52 million Detroit Investment Fund, Invest Detroit has evolved into a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that leverages philanthropic dollars to create lasting impact.

With a focus on inclusivity, Invest Detroit has successfully created 5,621 housing units and retained or created 15,774 jobs. The organization has supported over 881 projects, ensuring equitable access to resources for all residents.
