International Treasure House Ministries began in 1997 when Jennifer Lawrence and Betty Phillips witnessed the suffering of thousands of orphans abandoned in Romania. What started as a dream to help just ten children has now expanded across three countries, impacting thousands of lives. Today, ITHM serves orphans and destitute children in Nairobi, Kenya, through the Treasure House - Kenya rescue center.
ITHM is dedicated to rescuing and equipping orphans and vulnerable children, breaking the cycle of poverty through education, family support, and the introduction to Jesus Christ. Many sponsorship students come from backgrounds of severe hardship, but with ITHM's support, they find hope and a community.
