The International Reformed Theological College was founded in 2000 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to offer Reformed higher education to Portuguese-speaking individuals globally. Since becoming a non-profit educational institution in Virginia, USA, in 2004, IRTC has focused on developing church leaders through distance education, allowing students to remain active in their local churches.
IRTC aims to meet the educational needs of over 250 million Portuguese speakers by providing access to Reformed theological education, training pastors and church leaders who can effectively serve their communities.
