Our Story
The International Legal Foundation was established in 2001 by attorney Natalie Rea, who witnessed the dire need for legal representation during the Rwandan genocide trials. This pivotal experience ignited a passion to address the global crisis in access to justice, leading to the creation of a nonprofit dedicated to providing legal aid in post-conflict and transitioning countries.
