Founded in 2006 at Columbia University Medical Center, International Healthcare Leadership (IHL) is dedicated to bridging U.S. clinical and academic institutions with healthcare leaders in China. Through programs like the New York-Presbyterian Hospital Clinical Observership and Columbia University Healthcare Management Training, IHL has empowered over 200 physicians and hospital leaders to enhance their skills and knowledge. By fostering an alumni network of healthcare professionals in China, IHL leverages U.S. resources to promote healthcare reform and improve the quality of care.
