Our Story

Established in 1994, Clubhouse International builds on the legacy of Fountain House, the first Clubhouse founded in 1948. The organization is dedicated to ending social and economic isolation for individuals with mental illness by expanding the reach and quality of Clubhouse rehabilitation programs globally.

Impact

Clubhouses demonstrate that individuals with mental illness can lead productive, fulfilling lives. Each Clubhouse positively impacts approximately 500 people, showcasing proven outcomes in employment, reduced hospitalizations, and enhanced well-being.
