Our Story
The International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) was founded in 1911 by a group of dedicated professionals from Australia, Canada, and the United States. Originally known as the International Association of Dairy and Milk Inspectors, the organization has evolved to reflect its broader mission of advancing food safety on a global scale. Today, IAFP serves over 4,500 food safety professionals, providing a vital platform for the exchange of information and collaboration to protect the food supply.
