Interfaith Coalition of Whatcom County serves families experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, and economic challenges. Founded in 1981 by representatives from 24 faith communities, the organization pools resources to address the unmet needs of vulnerable residents without regard to race, color, age, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
Through various programs, Interfaith Coalition has successfully provided housing, resources, and skills-building to families, helping to break the cycle of homelessness and lessen economic stress.
