Integral Community Solutions Institute, known publicly as Community Counseling Services, was founded in 2011 by a dedicated group of mental health experts and advocates. Located in the heart of the Central San Joaquin Valley, ICSI has partnered with local agencies and schools to provide essential mental health services to individuals and families in need.
