Transforming Nonprofit Leadership

The Institute for Nonprofit Practice (INP), founded in 2007 by Barry Dym, Ph.D., addresses critical issues in the nonprofit sector, such as the need for diverse leadership and the succession crisis due to retiring baby boomers. By equipping social impact leaders with essential skills, networks, and resources, INP aims to transform communities and ensure that the nonprofit sector reflects the diversity of the populations it serves.

Impacting Communities

Since its inception, INP has trained over 1,400 leaders, with a focus on closing racial and gender gaps in leadership. This proven model contributes to the effectiveness and sustainability of nonprofits across the country.
