Our Story
Inner City Innovators was founded in West Palm Beach, Florida, in response to a critical need for change. In the summer of 2015, Executive Director Ricky Aiken recognized the urgent need to address escalating crime rates and frequent shootings. Determined to make a difference, Ricky began establishing strong mentorship bonds with young men in the community. Over the years, the organization has expanded its team and programs, now reaching out to Riviera Beach and serving the highest risk youth throughout Palm Beach County. This growth has been significantly supported by partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
