Inner City Education Foundation (ICEF) is a pioneering charter school management organization in Los Angeles, dedicated to transforming the educational landscape for Black and Latinx/e students. With a mission to educate and empower courageous leaders, ICEF provides a nurturing community that honors each student's unique identity and fosters academic excellence.

Currently, ICEF operates seven schools, educating over 2,500 students from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade. The focus is on improving educational outcomes and preparing students for college and careers.
