Inner City Action was founded by Pastors Frank and Kim Saldana, who were driven by a vision to restore lost and hurting individuals. Starting with a small team of 12, they began feeding the homeless under the Crosstown Freeway in Stockton, California. What began as a humble effort to serve 50 individuals has now grown into a robust outreach that feeds over 500 people weekly. Today, Inner City Action operates multiple facilities across the Central Valley, providing essential services to those in need.

Inner City Action is dedicated to serving the homeless community by offering food, clothing, and vital support. The organization has expanded its reach to house and rehabilitate individuals through its Sober Living Facilities and outreach programs.
