Founded in 2008, Lancaster Inferno fields a women’s pre-professional soccer team competing in the USL W League. The club is dedicated to providing a complete pathway from youth soccer to pre-professional, featuring U20/U23 women’s teams and youth travel teams from U9-U19. As the only all-girls travel soccer club in Pennsylvania, it empowers female athletes to reach their full potential.
The Lancaster Inferno has made significant strides in advancing women’s soccer, being a founding member of United Women’s Soccer and launching a Division 2 professional women’s soccer league in 2022. This initiative creates greater opportunities for female players in the community.
