About Carmel Latin School

Carmel Latin School has been a beacon of classical Christian education in the Indianapolis area since 2011. Founded by a dedicated group of families, the school emphasizes academic excellence and the development of Christian character. Initially operating as Highlands Latin School Indianapolis for 14 years, the school transitioned to the Indy Latin School Association in 2017, establishing a board to govern its nonprofit operations. In 2024, the school proudly adopted its current name, reflecting its commitment to the Carmel community.

Impact of Your Support

Over 1,000 students have benefited from the school's rigorous academic programs, with an average enrollment of 180 students each year from Junior Kindergarten through 12th grade. The school boasts an impressive SAT average of 1340 and has produced 84 high school graduates who have successfully entered colleges and the professional workforce. Eight students have been recognized as National Merit Scholars, showcasing the academic prowess fostered at Carmel Latin School.
