The Indiana Community Health Workers Association (INCHWA) was established to advocate for community health workers (CHWs) in Indiana. Since 2011, INCHWA has worked tirelessly to support the workforce of Indiana's CHWs through a unified voice, aiming to build healthy communities by advancing the CHW profession through evidence-based strategies, education, and advocacy.
