Our purpose is quite simple: Promote the efficient construction, maintenance and administration of public projects at the County level through cooperation and communication between County Highway Departments, Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Contractors, Consultants and Vendors.
