Our Story
Founded in February 2007 by His Highness Maharaja Gaj Singh of Jodhpur, the Indian Head Injury Foundation emerged from a father's deep concern for his son, Yuvraj Shivraj Singh, who suffered a severe head injury during a polo match. Witnessing the challenges faced by families navigating the complex medical landscape for brain trauma, the Maharaja dedicated himself to creating a comprehensive system for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of traumatic brain injuries. This initiative aims to provide essential neuro-rehabilitation services to victims of such unfortunate incidents.
