The Corporation has been formed under the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for the purposes of meeting the needs of the vulnerable individuals and families in crisis to enhance the lives and restore faith in people in communities, serving vulnerable and at-risk youth and their families with support and sustenance to heal and thrive amid hardships, and to carry on other charitable activities associated with this goal as allowable by law.
