Includ(Ed) was founded by Anna Chiles, inspired by her journey as a parent of a child with Down syndrome. After facing numerous rejections from preschools that lacked the resources to accommodate children with disabilities, Anna recognized a critical need for inclusive early childhood education in San Diego County. This realization led to the establishment of Includ(Ed), dedicated to providing a supportive environment for all children, regardless of their abilities.
Includ(Ed) aims to create a fully-inclusive preschool where children with disabilities can learn alongside their typically developing peers, addressing the significant gap in early childhood education options for families in San Diego County.
Your donations will support the opening of a fully-licensed preschool, providing essential resources, staffing, and facilities to ensure all children receive the care and education they need to thrive.
