Established in 2014, the Colorado Initiative for Inclusive Higher Education (IN!) is dedicated to fostering inclusive college opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities in Colorado. By advocating for academic growth, social development, and career advancement, IN! works tirelessly to ensure that these students are welcomed on college campuses across the state.
Thanks to IN!'s efforts, students with intellectual disabilities now have the chance to attend college, marking a significant shift from previous limitations. The organization has successfully facilitated enrollments, leading to the first graduates of inclusive higher education in Colorado in 2020.
