Our Story
In A Heartbeat was founded by Mike Papale after he survived a sudden cardiac arrest at 17 due to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). This organization is dedicated to raising awareness about HCM and preventing sudden cardiac arrest through education, research, and the donation of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to those in need.
Impact
