Our Story

Founded in November 2016, Impact Internships is dedicated to enhancing the educational landscape for high school students in Southern California. Originally known as Camellia Collaborative, the organization focuses on providing quality immersion and research programs in health sciences, technology, and engineering. By offering immersive STEM enrichment experiences, Impact Internships introduces students to vital opportunities in science, fostering growth that transcends traditional education.

Our Impact

Since the launch of the Health Science Immersion Program (HSIP) in 2019, over 1,315 students have gained invaluable exposure to the health sciences field. This program is designed to uplift low-income and underserved students, providing them with mentorship and opportunities that are often out of reach.
