Our Story

Founded in 2004 by Richard “Dick” Lynch in Cincinnati, Ohio, Impact A Hero began as a tribute to veterans returning home post 9/11. Initially known as Impact A Player, Inc, the organization hosted its first event in New York City, honoring the sacrifices of veterans. In 2005, it expanded to Houston, Texas, where it continues to foster relationships and support for severely wounded veterans through various initiatives.
