The primary objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be: to mitigate air pollution in California by replacing gasoline powered lawn equipment with battery operated equipment- to help meet local and federal regulations and help prevent climate change. Additionally this Corporation may engage in any activates that are reasonably related to or in furtherance of its stated charitable purposes or in any other charitable activates within the law.
