Welcome to Imagine Children’s Museum

Imagine Children’s Museum, established in 1991, began as a grassroots initiative to create a space for children and families in Snohomish County. After years of operating in small leased spaces, a dedicated capital campaign led to the purchase of a permanent home in downtown Everett in 2004. Since then, the Museum has welcomed over two million visitors, providing exceptional programs, exhibits, and activities that inspire playful learning.

Impacting Lives Through Play

In 2019, before the pandemic, the Museum served more than 248,000 individuals, including local children and families through outreach programs. During the pandemic, Imagine Children’s Museum continued to support tens of thousands of families with engaging learning activities. In 2022, the Museum doubled its size, unveiling a three-story expansion filled with state-of-the-art interactive exhibits.
