Our Story

The Image Initiative, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Nicole Watkins at Syracuse University to address the pressing needs of young women of color in Syracuse. The organization focuses on issues such as teenage pregnancy, low self-esteem, and relationship violence, aiming to empower these young women to realize their potential and positively impact their communities.
