The Illinois Network of Centers for Independent Living (INCIL) is dedicated to supporting 22 Centers for Independent Living (CILs) throughout Illinois. These centers provide essential community-based services that empower individuals with disabilities to lead independent lives. With a staff and board comprised of over 51% individuals with disabilities, CILs embody the philosophy of consumer control, ensuring that those they serve have a voice in their own lives.

Each year, INCIL impacts approximately 70,000 citizens with disabilities across 102 counties in Illinois. By providing advocacy, resources, and support, INCIL ensures that individuals with disabilities can participate fully in their communities.
